|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Overall Burlington Cove is a descent place to live. Very clean, mostly quiet except when the lawn guys are here. Grounds are well maintained and make the place look good. Worst problem is the traffic when Seminole HS is being dismissed. People like to block the exit. Most are nice and will let you out, but some parents will not Also when they are having sporting events outside it is very noisy, but livable for most of us
|Recommended: YesProblem Solved — I had an issue with my A C. I reported the problem and maintenance came within minutes. Even though there was a part to be ordered for the repair, the waiting time was extremely brief. I did not have a chance to think about when the repair would be completed lol . The staff at Burlington Cove is amazing
